We started our business in lettings over Ten years ago in this time we have won major contracts from investors who have a larger number of properties on there portfolio. We currently manage over 400 properties in Burnley, Nelson, Brierfield, and Colne for the private sector. We have recently introduced a bespoke system that allows us to utilise your rental income and manage your properties the way you would like.
We offer an out of hour’s service to all tenants who may need to contact us in an emergency.
In the last 18 months we have moved into the sale of properties and we now have over 35 properties for sale and have sold over 120 this is a remarkable achievement considering the current housing market.
