We recommend you start looking for a property at least 1 month in advance of your move date. Also, consider what you can afford on a long term basis. You will be required to leave a deposit and first month’s rent. You will also be required to undergo a credit referencing for example we check for CCJs, bankruptcies, landlord reference and employer’s reference.
We suggest that you register with us even if we do not have a property that you require right now. We actively seek properties to let and if a landlord knows you are waiting on their property and have an idea of when you want to move in, we can move you in with ease. As a result, we will rent most properties before they are advertised on the website. Don’t miss out.
We can conduct viewings to suite you. Viewings are available Sunday to Saturday between 8am to 8pm. We have provided detailed description and pictures of the properties to assist you in deciding which may be more suitable to your requirements so that a viewing appointment is used to confirm your first impression.
When you attend a viewing always put forward your suggestions, you never know, maybe the landlord will carry out the request. If you do not like the property when viewed, we will require a feedback so that the next property you view is exactly what you require. We aim to please.
The minimum contract available is 6 months. When the initial contract expires and if the landlord has no objections, you will be able to secure another contract for the same length of time or longer.
